CHICAGO, May 6 (Reuters) - Chicago Mercantile Exchange Group CME.N said on Tuesday it will expand the number of months listed for lean hog futures to 11 months effective on May 15.

The July 2009 and August 2009 contracts will be listed after the May 2008 contract expires on May 14, the exchange said in a special executive report to traders.

CME Group, which normally lists nine months, said the increase in listed months was due to requests from market users. (Reporting by Jerry Bieszk; Editing by Marguerita Choy)
