The global banking group said Sharon Tan was appointed to the new role of senior vice president structured trade finance, trade and supply chain.

Tan will be based in Singapore and joined from Standard Chartered Bank (STAN.L: Quote, Profile, Research).

HSH NORDBANK [HSH.UL]

The German state-backed lender said it established a new infrastructure business unit, headquartered in Singapore, which will be headed by John Duffy.

Duffy was previously employed at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp (8316.T: Quote, Profile, Research).
