Rabobank Nederland sells $1.5 bln in perpetual securities

NEW YORK, May 29 (Reuters) - Rabobank Nederland NV on Friday sold $1.5 billion in perpetual Tier 1 securities in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

The 11.00 percent notes were priced at 100.00 to yield 11.00 percent.

The joint lead managers on the sale were Banc of America Securities, Credit Suisse and UBS. (Reporting by Camille Drummond; Editing by Theodore d'Afflisio)
