Seoul shares fall; Jinro below IPO pricing
SEOUL, Oct 19 (Reuters) - Seoul shares fell on Monday after Wall Street was hit by disappointing results, with Lotte Shopping (023530.KS: Quote, Profile, Research) underperforming after a local media report it had bought Chinese retailer Times (1832.HK: Quote, Profile, Research).
Spirits maker Jinro (000080.KS: Quote, Profile, Research) was trading at 40,950 won as of 0004 GMT on the day of its market debut, versus its initial public offering price of 41,000 won.
As of 0005 GMT, the Korea Composite Stock Price Index .KS11 (KOSPI) was down 0.57 percent at 1,630.12 points.
