AXA Asia Pacific rejects AMP takeover bid
SYDNEY, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Insurer AXA Asia Pacific Holdings (AXA.AX: Quote, Profile, Research) said Monday it rejected an unsolicited A$5.34 per share takeover offer from Australian wealth manager AMP Ltd (AMP.AX: Quote, Profile, Research) and AXA SA AXAF.AX.
