BRE plans no dividend from 2009 earnings-CEO
WARSAW, Nov 4 (Reuters) - BRE Bank, the Polish arm of Germany's Commerzbank (CBKG.DE: Quote, Profile, Research), does not plan to pay a dividend from 2009 earnings, its chief executive said on Wednesday.
"I can't picture paying out a dividend with the current world economic situation and attention to solvency ratios," Mariusz Grendowicz told a news conference. (Reporting by Piotr Bujnicki, writing by Chris Borowski)
