Richter says to make market-moving announcement

BUDAPEST, July 4 (Reuters) - Hungarian drug maker Richter GDRB.BU will publish information that could significantly influence its share price, the company said in a filing with the Budapest stock exchange on Friday.

The company's shares were suspended from 0940 GMT until the end of trade next Monday, the statement said.
