OncoMethylome issues 24,540 common shares
BRUSSELS, May 29 (Reuters) - Belgian biotech company OncoMethylome (ONCOB.BR: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Friday it had issued an additional 24,540 common shares, raising some 110,000 euros ($153,900).
The move came about after some employees and company consultants exercised warrants which were granted in May 2004 and would expire this month if not exercised, OncoMethylome said.
The company said it now had 13,185,614 shares outstanding.
OncoMethylome, which listed on Euronext Brussels in June 2006, is a molecular diagnostics company developing tests designed to detect and determine best treatment for early-stage cancer. (Reporting by Anne Jolis; Editing by David Holmes)
