New Issue-Morgan Stanley sells $4 bln in 2 parts
May 9 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley (MS.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Friday sold $4.0 billion in two-part global medium-term notes, said market sources.
The second tranche is a reopening of an existing 6.00 percent issue and the notes now outstanding total $3.5 billion.
