HONG KONG, July 6 (Reuters) - Trading in shares of Shougang Concord International Enterprises Co Ltd (0697.HK: Quote, Profile, Research) was suspended on Monday, the Hong Kong exchange said.

No further details were immediately available.

The company said the suspension was pending an announcement in relation to a major transaction. (Editing by Chris Lewis)
