France's Bollore Q1 sales up 21.1 percent
PARIS, May 6 (Reuters) - Bollore (BOLL.PA: Quote, Profile, Research), the investment company of French financier Vincent Bollore, said first-quarter sales rose 21.1 percent, helped by transport and logistics units and improved trading at its energy distribution and media arms.
Bollore made revenues of 1.785 billion euros ($2.76 billion) in the three months to March 31, up from 1.474 billion euros in the year-ago period, it said in a statement on Tuesday.
On a comparable basis, stripping out the impact of currency exchange, disposals and acquisitions, first-quarter sales rose 20.6 percent. (Reporting by Astrid Wendlandt, editing by Will Waterman)
