PARIS, April 9 (Reuters) - Paris judges have summoned to a court hearing in May the heads of Spanish construction group Sacyr (SVO.MC: Quote, Profile, Research) and French bank Calyon over a long-running dispute between Sacyr and French group Eiffage (FOUG.PA: Quote, Profile, Research), Le Point magazine reported.

The French magazine said on its website that summons had been issued by judges Xavier Blanc and Jacques Gazeaux.

Le Point said that the magistrates were investigating whether there had been an illegal agreement involving around 10 Spanish companies to take control of Eiffage.

The report said that Calyon, which is a unit of French bank Credit Agricole (CAGR.PA: Quote, Profile, Research), had helped Sacyr buy a stake in Eiffage in April 2007.

Sacyr gradually acquired more and more shares in the French public works company, but Eiffage had rejected any full merger with Sacyr.

Officials at Sacyr and Calyon could not be immediately reached for comment on the Le Point report.

Earlier on Wednesday, Sacyr said it would sell its 33.3 percent stake in Eiffage but would first have to tie up any legal problems.
