BRIEF-Norske Skog stake priced at NOK 11.5/shr -sources

OSLO, June 4 (Reuters) - Market sources said on Thursday:

* A placement of a 5.9 pct stake in Norwegian papermaker Norske Skog (NSG.OL: Quote, Profile, Research) for its biggest shareholder Unionen was priced at 11.50 per share and the offering was closing immediately.

* The price was 11.9 pct below Norske Skog's closing price of 13.06 crowns.
