Harsco names Fazzolari as chairman, CEO

NEW YORK, April 22 (Reuters) - Harsco Corp (HSC.N: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Tuesday its board had named Salvatore Fazzolari as its chairman and chief executive officer, succeeding Derek Hathaway upon his retirement.

Fazzolari had been appointed CEO effective Jan. 1.

At its annual meeting held on Tuesday, shareholders also approved the election of all ten returning members of the board, the company said.
