Asseco recommends dividend of 0.55 zlotys per share

WARSAW, May 12 (Reuters) - The management board of Poland's largest IT services company, Asseco Poland SOBK.WA, will propose a 2007 dividend pay-out of 0.55 zlotys per share, the company said in a statement on Monday.

The proposal is worth 39.2 million zlotys or 24 percent of the firm's 2007 net profit.

Last year, Asseco paid a dividend of 0.40 zlotys per share. (Reporting by Marynia Kruk)
