MILAN, May 12 (Reuters) - Tiscali (TIS.MI: Quote, Profile, Research) said its first-quarter net loss narrowed 12 percent to 37.5 million euros on higher sales.
The company also said it will negotiate with a shortlist of bidders who made offers to buy part or all of Italy's third biggest broadband operator, which has a market value of about $2.2 billion.
