MILAN, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Italian broadband operator Fastweb (FWB.MI: Quote, Profile, Research), majority owned by Swisscom (SCMN.VX: Quote, Profile, Research), said in a statement on Wednesday:

* Optimistic on reaching targets

* Nine-month net profit 30.5 mln euros
