UPDATE 1-Mexico's Televisa to propose dividend
(Adds pay per CPO share, stock price)
MEXICO CITY, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Grupo Televisa said on Tuesday it would propose a cash dividend payment totaling around 4 billion peso ($300 million) to its shareholders during a meeting next month.
Televisa (TLVACPO.MX: Quote, Profile, Research) (TV.N: Quote, Profile, Research), the leading Spanish-language show producer, said in a statement that it would propose paying 1.35 pesos per CPO share, payable in December.
Televisa shares inched down 0.07 percent to 55.71 pesos Tuesday afternoon. ($1=13.25 pesos) (Reporting by Cyntia Barrera Diaz)
