Xerox sells $1.4 bln notes in 2-part sale
NEW YORK, April 23 (Reuters) - Xerox Corp (XRX.N: Quote, Profile, Research) on Wednesday sold $1.4 billion notes in a two-part sale, a market source familiar with the offering said.
The sale included $400 million in five-year notes yielding 2.67 percentage points over Treasuries and $1 billion in 10-year notes yielding 2.62 points over Treasuries.
The joint lead managers on the sale were Barclays Capital markets, Citigroup Global Markets and JP Morgan. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie; Editing by Theodore d'Afflisio)
