SK C&C IPO prices $380 mln IPO at mid-range -source
SEOUL, Oct 30 (Reuters) - South Korea's SK C&C Co Ltd priced its initial public offering on Friday at the middle of its indicative range to raise 450 billion won ($380 million), a source with direct knowledge of the matter told Reuters.
SK C&C, SK Group's technology service arm, priced the IPO at 30,000 won per share, compared with a 28,000-32,000 won range given earlier this month.
The company is offering 15 million shares held by mobile carrier SK Telecom (017670.KS: Quote, Profile, Research) and trading company SK Networks (001740.KS: Quote, Profile, Research). (Reporting by Jungyoun Park and Kim Yeon-hee; Editing by Chris Lewis)
