LONDON, May 11 (Reuters) - Manchester United retained the Premier League title on Sunday when they won 2-0 at Wigan Athletic with a Cristiano Ronaldo penalty and a goal by Ryan Giggs.
United ended the season on 87 points, two points clear of second-placed Chelsea, who drew 1-1 with Bolton Wanderers at Stamford Bridge.
