More than 20 Groningen supporters were treated for smoke inhalation, one was slightly injured by burns and another broke his ankle after fans set fire to paper in the stands. The match will now be played on Wednesday.
Soccer-Sampdoria president Riccardo Garrone and general manager Giuseppe Marotta have been charged for hiding losses in the club's accounts by inflating the value of transferred players, the Italian Soccer Federation said on its Web site (www.figc.it).
Swimming-A temporary swimming pool in a concert hall where a staggering 18 world records were set will go on sale this week, organisers of the world short-course championships said.
