MADRID, Feb 19 (Reuters) - Soccer news in brief from around the world:

* Spanish international midfielder Marcos Senna has been named in the Villarreal squad for Thursday's UEFA Cup second leg last 32 match at home to Zenit St Petersburg after recovering from injury.

Chile midfielder Mathias Fernandez misses out after failing to shake off muscle pain that has affected him for the last few days. Villarreal are trying to overturn a 1-0 deficit after the first leg.

* The Italian soccer federation said in a statement it was writing to FIFA and UEFA about the safeguarding of youth talent after Reggina complained at how Chelsea had pursued their 15-year-old defender Vincenzo Camilleri.

Reggina's Web site (www.regginacalcio.com) said the player was now in London for talks with the Premier League club.

* Juventus will decide before April whether to reconstruct the Stadio delle Alpi or build a new stadium on the same site, the Serie A club said in a statement.

They currently share the Stadio Olimpico with Torino having decided to move before their demotion to Serie B two seasons ago. Fans were unhappy with the running track around the delle Alpi pitch. (Editing by Alison Wildey)
