Soccer-Roundup-Valeron back after two years out with injury
MADRID, Jan 26 (Reuters) - Soccer news in brief from around the world:
* Deportivo Coruna midfielder Juan Carlos Valeron has been included in the squad to host Valladolid in the Primera Liga on Sunday after two years out with a series of problems with his left knee, the club said.
The 32-year-old Spain international, who has won 46 caps, first underwent surgery for a torn cruciate ligament in January, 2006 and has had two more operations on the same knee since then.
* Manchester City striker Valeri Bojinov has resumed training after a knee injury and expects to return to first-team action next month. The Bulgarian told Darik he will first play in the reserve team's clash with Manchester United on Feb. 7.
* Real Madrid's Germany centre-back Christoph Metzelder and Netherlands winger Arjen Robben have returned to the squad to face Villarreal at home in the Primera Liga on Sunday after injuries, the club said.
* Officials from Hungary's Ferencvaros will meet representatives from Sheffield United on Sunday to sign an outline agreement for a football partnership, the English Championship (second division) side said.
