Soccer-Premier League terminates Setanta TV deal
LONDON, June 19 (Reuters) - The English Premier League has terminated its contract with Setanta, saying the television broadcaster was unable to meet its payments for showing live matches.
"It is with considerable regret that we announce ... the existing licence agreement between us has been terminated with immediate effect," the Premier League said in a statement on Friday.
