BRIEF-Soccer-Coach 'Preki' leaves Chivas USA
LOS ANGELES, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Coach Predrag 'Preki' Radosavljevic parted company with the Los Angeles-based Chivas USA on Thursday, with a statement from the Major League Soccer club saying the decision was mutual.
Known simply as 'Preki', the former Everton and Portsmouth winger joined Chivas in 2006 as Bob Bradley's assistant. He took full charge in 2007 when Bradley became the U.S national coach.
The former U.S international was the MLS coach of the Year in 2007 and reached the playoffs in each of his three seasons in charge. Chivas lost to local rivals the L.A Galaxy in this season's Western Conference semi-finals.
