BANCO SANTANDER (SAN.MC: Quote, Profile, Research)
The Spanish bank is interested in acquiring parts of UK lender Bradford and Bingley, the Financial Times said, without naming sources.
SACYR VALLEHERMOSO SYO.MC, ITINERE (ITIE.MC: Quote, Profile, Research), ATLANTIA (ATL.MI: Quote, Profile, Research)
Goldman Sachs, Citigroup and Italy's Atlantia are still in talks with Sacyr Vallehermoso over the sale of all or part of its Itinere motorway subsidiary, El Economista reported, citing unnamed sources close to the operation.
According to the newspaper, Sacyr has valued Itinere at 5 billion euros ($7.33 billion), while the final price of the deal is likely to be closer to 3.5 billion euros.
