Challenge now to revive pvt demand - RBI dep
MUMBAI (Reuters) - The challenge at the current juncture was to revive private credit demand, a Reserve Bank deputy governor, told a conference on Wednesday, a day after the bank announced its second quarter monetary policy review.
The withdrawal of special repo and export credit facilities announced at the policy would not impact credit in the economy, deputy governor Shyamala Gopinath said.
