Brief - Barca's Guardiola absolved in 2001 doping case
ROME (Reuters) - Barcelona coach Josep Guardiola has won his appeal against a four-month ban for doping he served as a Brescia player in 2001, the Italian soccer federation said.
Guardiola had been accused of failing tests for nandrolone when he played in Italy but after years of legal arguments, the Italian federation said in a statement that he was absolved.
