Chelsea's Bosingwa out for three months
LONDON (Reuters) - Chelsea defender Jose Bosingwa faces a three-month layoff after undergoing knee surgery, the English Premier League leaders said on Wednesday.
Chelsea said on their website (www.chelseafc.com) that the 27-year-old Portuguese international had arthroscopic surgery on his left knee this week.
The club said England defender Ashley Cole would not require surgery after aggravating a depressed fracture of the tibia in Sunday's 1-0 win over Manchester United.
