Twente win 3-1 at Tilburg to regain top spot

ROTTERDAM, Netherlands (Reuters) - Twente Enschede triumphed 3-1 at Willem II Tilburg for their 10th straight win this season to regain top spot in the Dutch league on Saturday.
Wout Brama opened the scoring after eight minutes with a deflected shot from 17 metres but seven minutes later Belgian Christophe Gregoire converted a penalty for the equaliser.
Miroslav Stoch restored Twente's lead before the interval and Bryan Ruiz extended his scoring streak to eight matches with his 11th of the season after 68 minutes to round off the win.
Twente are top with 41 points from 15 matches, two more then PSV Eindhoven following their 3-2 win at Sparta Rotterdam on Friday. Third-placed Ajax Amsterdam and Feyenoord in fourth play away on Sunday at Vitesse Arnhem and ADO Den Haag respectively.
Elsewhere on Saturday, AZ Alkmaar beat lowly VVV Venlo 2-0, with Jeremain Lens and Brett Holman on target, to move into fifth spot with 25 points.
Viktor Elm struck twice and missed a penalty in Heerenveen's 3-1 win over bottom side RKC Waalwijk, while Heracles Almelo beat struggling Roda JC Kerkrade 3-2.
