Swedish central bank's Skingsley says no hurry to tighten policy

STOCKHOLM, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Sweden’s central bank is in no hurry to tighten monetary policy after January’s figures showed the pace of inflation slowing, central bank Deputy Governor Cecilia Skingsley said on Monday.

“There was nothing in the figures that would point to the fact that we need to raise rates faster than our current rate path indicates,” Skingsley told reporters.
