ZURICH, Nov 25 (Reuters) - The following are some of the main factors expected to affect Swiss stocks on Wednesday:

UBS (UBSN.VX: Quote, Profile, Research) (UBS.N: Quote, Profile, Research)

*UBS rebuffed a report by ratings agency Standard & Poor's that ranked a measure of its capital adequacy among the lowest of its peer group.

*Switzerland has completed a tax review of 500 clients of UBS and is ready to share data with the United States in nearly all cases in line with an August deal that put an end to a bitter tax row.
