(Reuters) - Here's a look at the form and previous records of Andy Murray and Andrey Kuznetsov ahead of their first-round clash on Tuesday (prefix number denotes seeding):
1-Andy Murray (Britain)
Murray is struggling for form as he prepares to kick off his Roland Garros campaign, and has lost to players outside the top 25 in Rome and Madrid during the claycourt season.
He was diagnosed with shingles in February and sustained an elbow injury in March before being laid low by illness on his arrival in Paris last week.
The Scot finished as runner-up last year behind Novak Djokovic, but with Ivan Lendl back in tow as coach, will be keen to rediscover his touch on clay.
Andrey Kuznetsov (Russia)
Ranked at number 73 in the world, Kuznetsov comes to Roland Garros after a good claycourt season.
The 26-year-old reached the Geneva Open semi-finals last week, where he lost to Stan Wawrinka.
Kuznetsov and Murray have met twice before, with the Scot prevailing on both occasions.
