NEW DELHI (Reuters) - Indian energy major Reliance Industries is studying technologies used in producing shale gas and may think of making an investment, the Economic Times reported, citing an unnamed senior company official.

"We are studying the prospects and we will take a decision on the investment in the next six months," the official was quoted as saying.
