ISTANBUL, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Turkey’s consumer confidence index fell to 65.7 points in February, from 66.9 points in January, data from the Turkish Statistics Institute showed on Monday.

The index indicates a pessimistic outlook and would need to rise above 100 to reflect optimism.
