China shares end down 0.2 pct on dashed stimulus hopes

SHANGHAI (Reuters) - Chinese shares ended down 0.2 percent on Wednesday, dragged down by media reports which dampened market hopes that Beijing is considering another massive stimulus program.

The Shanghai Composite Index .SSEC finished at 2,384.7 points, after rising 1.2 percent on Tuesday.
