Russia central bank: main risk from Fed hike is money flowing to less risky assets

MOSCOW (Reuters) - The main risk for emerging markets from the U.S. Federal Reserve’s decision to raise interest rates is in money flowing to less risky assets, Russian central bank First Deputy Governor Sergei Shvetsov told reporters on Thursday.
