WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Russia has tried to influence elections in at least "a couple dozen" countries, Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said on Tuesday.

Russia continues to be a bold actor in cyberspace across the globe, Clapper testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee.
