Russia's Putin says on Paris climate accord - 'Don't worry, be happy'

ST PETERSBURG, Russia (Reuters) - After Washington’s exit from the 2015 Paris climate change accord, Russian President Vladimir Putin tried to put on a brave face on Friday.

“Don’t worry, be happy,” he quipped during an economic forum in St Petersburg.
