HIGHLIGHTS - Indonesian president's plans for first 100 days
JAKARTA (Reuters) - Indonesia's President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono said on Thursday that he would focus on legal reform, eradicating what is known in Indonesia as the legal mafia, as part of his government's programme for the first 100 days.

"I say to the people of Indonesia, who feel like they have become victims of this mafia in the past, or perhaps even now are a victim, to report this," Yudhoyono said at a press conference.
