PARIS (Reuters) - American Andy Roddick has withdrawn from the Paris Masters tournament starting on Sunday, organisers said on Friday.

The world number six is nursing a knee injury that forced him to retire from the Shanghai Masters last month.

He did not feature in the draw for the Paris tournament made on Friday.

Roddick has already booked a place in the World Tour Finals in London from Nov. 22 to 29.
