Logo Yazilim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. Completes The Acquisition of Coretech Bilgi Teknolojisi Hizmetleri A.S.
Logo Yazilim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. announced that it has signed a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of Coretech Bilgi Teknolojisi Hizmetleri A.S. (Coretech) for TRY 3,546,251. The Company also announced that it might pay an extra of TRY 670,000 and TRY 1,399,998 as share purchase price, depending on Coretech's revenue performance in 2011 and 2012, respectively.
