ADP's automated Pay-by-Pay premium payment program calculates and collects workers' compensation premium payments each pay period. ADP's PEO business, called ADP TotalSource, provides approximately 7,800 clients with comprehensive employment administration outsourcing solutions through a co-employment. ADP TotalSource serves approximately 340,000 worksite employees in all 50 states. ADP TotalSource integrates HR management and employee benefits functions, including HR administration, employee benefits, and employer liability management, into a single-source solution.
ADP TotalSource offers a variety of HR administration services, such as: employee recruitment and selection, payroll and tax administration, time and attendance management, benefits administration, employee training and development, online HR management tools and online HR management tools. Through the co-employment model, ADP TotalSource provides eligible worksite employees with access to group health, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, group term life and disability coverage and an employee assistance program.
