The Company’s Desktop Solutions include XenDesktop, XenApp, App-DNA, VDI-in-a-Box, and XenClient. Citrix XenDesktop is a fully integrated desktop virtualization system. XenDesktop is available in a range of packages designed for several market segments. The Express Edition of XenDesktop is offered as a free download from its Website for the IT professionals. The XenDesktop Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Edition is designed for virtual desktop projects that only require the hosted virtual machine method of desktop delivery. Citrix's SaaS businesses deliver Web collaboration, including virtual meetings, Web-based desktop support, remote access and data sharing to customers worldwide. GoToMeeting is an online product for online meetings, sales demonstrations and collaborative gatherings. GoToMeeting allows a user with a personal computer (PC) or Mac and an Internet browser to host, attend or participate in an online meeting or session without training. Mobile devices are supported on GoToMeeting, allowing a participant to join a GoToMeeting from an Apple iOS supported device (iPhone or iPad) or an Android smart phone or tablet. GoToMeeting is capable of providing a public switch telephone network (PSTN) conference dial-in number, voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and high-definition video conferencing. The Company provides a portfolio of technical services to its business partners and customers. It provides consulting services, technical support services, and product training and certification. For pre- and post-sale consulting, Citrix Consulting, a consulting services organization, provides both exploratory and fee-based consulting services. These services include on-site systems design and implementation services targeted primarily at enterprise-level clients with complex IT environments. It offers several support-level options, global coverage and personalized relationship management.
