Industry Practices

For the Insurance industry, the Company’s services include insurance administration for health insurance carriers through iGATE’s subsidiary, CHCS Services, Inc., leveraging a platform, multi-state licenses and a variable cost model. The variable model bundles costs of application, infrastructure, people and processing in a Per Member, Per Month structure, or in a Cost Per Policy, Cost Per Claim structure. The company’s insurance-related solutions include claims as a service, solution accelerators in the form of frameworks, processes and prototyping models, and consulting offerings for all insurance lines of business, including ICD-10 assessments in the healthcare space. The Company’s IT consulting and insurance software solutions span across insurance lines of business, including life and annuities, property and casualty/general insurance, reinsurance and healthcare.
