Digital Marketing Solutions
The Company’s digital marketing solutions provide Websites, digital advertising and other digital marketing offerings. Digital Marketing solutions include digital marketing tools, such as desktop and mobile Website design, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media and reputation management tools. In addition, Dealertrack Digital Retailing enables a Website visitor to begin the purchase process by personalizing payment configuration, applying for financing and valuing their trade. It offers products, such as Dealer Websites, Mobile Websites, Search SEO and SEM, Social and Reputation Management, and Managed Services.
The Company’s digital marketing managed services include Premium SEO, which is a managed service and engages in SEO design, deploy and measure SEO programs for dealerships or dealer groups; Managed Social, which is a managed service where it designs and implements a social media program, as well as staff, manage, monitor and report on social media engagement, activities and programs for a dealership or dealer group, and Content and Creative, which is a managed service where it creates a Website content, including homepage slideshows, campaign landing pages and other creative. Dealer Management Solutions
The Company’s Dealer Management solutions provide franchised and independent dealers with dealer management systems (DMS). The Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based system provides a platform that allows dealers to integrate and manage the functions of their store operations, including: vehicle sales, portfolio management, showroom management, service department, general ledger, automated dispatching, parts inventory and invoicing, electronic repair order, service price guides, vehicle inventory, contact management, payroll and personnel management. The Company’s products in these solutions include Dealertrack DMS for Franchised Dealers and Dealertrack DMS for Independent Dealers. It also offers Dealertrack’s DMS Opentrack platform, which allows dealers to integrate their Dealertrack DMS with third-party software used within the dealership. Its Opentrack platform integrates a range of third-party software providers, including providers of customer relationship management (CRM), Inventory, desking, menu, multichannel marketing and service applications.
F&I solutions include its Web-based credit application processing product that allows automotive dealers to originate and route their consumers’ credit application information. Its solutions also streamline the vehicle and aftermarket sales processes, allowing dealers and consumers to complete finance contracts electronically. F&I solutions allow dealers to streamline the sales process as they structure deals from a single integrated platform, including Compliance offering, which helps dealers meet legal and regulatory requirements, and protect their assets. Inventory solution product offerings in this solution Dealertrack eCarList is an inventory management and distribution platform for the automotive retail market, enabling dealers to appraise, price and merchandise vehicle inventory online in real-time. Dealertrack AAX is an inventory optimization and analytics system. Dealertrack MarketPlace is a destination where dealers come together to buy and sell vehicles through the Dealertrack network. Dealertrack SmartChat allows dealers to send retail and wholesale data to a smartphone or mobile device. Dealertrack’s TrueTarget is a vehicle analytics Web service that delivers real-time vehicle-related data from various industry sites. CentralDispatch is a Web-based automobile transport network that connects over 7,800 automobile carriers in North America with dealers and other industry retailers to ship vehicles both nationally and internationally. jTracker is a Web-based CRM solution for managing automobile transportation projects and assignments for industry brokers. Dealertrack’s MoveCars is an online directory of vehicle shippers, and automotive transportation companies and resources. Dealertrack’s TrueScore delivers a real-time snapshot of vehicle market demand, a dealership’s history, group needs and transactional sales data. Registration & Titling Solutions
Registration & Titling solutions include online and cross-state vehicle registration services. Registration & Titling solutions include various electronic motor vehicle registration and titling applications. Dealertrack OLRS (Online Registration System) is a software-assisted service that provides a do-it-yourself version of department of motor vehicle processing for dealers. The service, which allows for online, real-time motor vehicle registration and titling from an authorized retailer’s office, is available across California, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin, among others. Dealertrack’s RegUSA handles cross-border vehicle transactions for 50 states. RegUSA processes vehicle deals for the United States states, ensuring that the out-of-state registration and titling, including liens, are completed. eRegUSA is an extension of RegUSA and provides subscription-based services for estimating state motor vehicle fees and sales tax, and electronically populating motor vehicle forms.
Collateral Management Solutions
Collateral Management solutions include electronic lien and titling applications and services, title and collateral administration, as well as its digital contracting processing services. Dealertrack’s vehicle collateral management services manage over 43million titles, storing approximately 17 million physical paper titles and another 26 million electronic titles. Dealertrack’s service offerings in this space include Dealertrack Electronic Lien & Title (ELT), Dealertrack Vehicle Title and Collateral Administration, and DealertrackeDocs. Its ELT platforms allow its customers to place, monitor and release liens on vehicles in their portfolio in certain ELT-eligible states. Dealertrack’s Title and Collateral Administration is a title management solution that includes lien perfection monitoring, paper and electronic title management, imaging and storage of paper titles, and discrepancy identification. Its eDocs digital contract processing service receives paper-based contracts from dealers, digitizes the contracts and submits them electronically to the lender.
