WASHINGTON, June 15 - The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up a challenge by AU Optronics Corp to a $500 million criminal fine the Taiwan-based company was ordered to pay in 2012 after a conviction for price-fixing in the market for liquid crystal display panels.

TAIPEI, Jan 29 - Taiwan's AU Optronics Corp , the world's No.4 flat-panel maker, sees its shipments to decline on a quarter-on-quarter basis, due to seasonal factors, the company said Thursday.
