RIO DE JANEIRO, June 10 - Brazil will ask investors to pay at least 10 billion reais ($4.6 billion), plus a share of future oil and natural gas output, for the right to develop the giant Libra offshore prospect it plans to sell in October, an oil regulatory official said on Monday.
