Tak Sing Alliance Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in investment holding, property investment and development, and the operations of hotel, restaurant and food businesses. It operates in three segments. The restaurant, food and hotel segment is engaged in restaurant and hotel operations and the provision of food and beverage services. The property investment and development segment comprises the development and sale of properties and the leasing of commercial and residential premises. The others segment comprises, principally, investment holding, and other operations. On October 6, 2008, the Company disposed of its entire equity interest in Extra Well Group Limited, which is engaged in the trading of garments and accessories. Its subsidiaries include Amica Properties Limited, Carrianna (BVI) Ltd, Carrianna (Chiu Chow) Restaurant Limited and Carrianna Holdings Limited.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 March 2009, Tak Sing Alliance Holdings Limited's Revenue decreased 19% to HK$560.3M. Net income from continuing operations decreased 36% to HK$173.1M. Revenues reflect a decrease in income from property investment & development segment. Net income was offset by an increase in administrative expenses, higher selling expenses, increased finance costs and a decrease in share of profits of associates.
